Returns Policy

 

MBV REFUND POLICY

  Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned in the original packaging with all the tags intact and in resellable condition

     The following refund options are supported:

  • If returned within 7 days of the delivery date, a full refund including any incurred shipping cost will be given
  •  If returned within 8-14 days from the date of  delivery, a store credit will be issued including any shipping cost incurred
  • After the 14th day of the delivery date, No refund nor store credit will be issued. All refunds must be initiated via our online Returns Center

All orders shipped to residents outside the US are not eligible for refund.

Items must be in original condition. No clearance or sale items, jewelry, beauty products, intimates, undergarments, bralettes, bodysuits, accessories nor swimwear will be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal, it will be in review.  We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. 

If your return is accepted, a member from the MBV team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.

Please allow MBV 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on sale, the item is final sale.

Bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, beauty products, bralettes and other undergarments are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

EXCHANGES: We will no longer accept exchange requests of any kind, however we will replace purchased items that were delivered damaged or incorrect. Once the replacement request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. If the item is no longer in stock, You will be issued a full refund including any incurred shipping cost (Note: If such item(s) are not reported within 3 days of the delivery date, we will not replace the item nor issue a full refund or store credit) 

 

1. defective, damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please note that damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving all items in the order. 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. unless it is an error on our part. If selected, we will provide a return shipping label (which will be deducted from your returned order refunded amount) Return Shipping expense are estimated at the time of processing your shipping label and the exact amount will be reflected once your returned order is received. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely manner, we will not refund the item (s) nor issue store credit) 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

CANCELLATIONS

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase but it is not guaranteed. An order can not be cancelled in the processing status or if it has already shipped. 

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full refund policy.
